Relationship therapy can help you and your partner/s navigate problems or find ways through life's difficulties. You come to therapy together and I'll work with you to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you're facing and find ways forward. You're welcome to come to therapy as a couple, or as a polycule, whatever your structure.
